I crew for an ultra endurance cyclist. It is my job to jump in and out of the vehicle to provide whatever support the cyclists needs. After only about 8 weeks of training with Kristin and Leslee in HIIT class and small group training I can now get in and out of the van quickly without needing to hold on. I can step out to uneven ditches and roadsides with confidence because of my improved core strength and balance. I can lift 5 gallon jugs of electrolytes and move equipment with ease. Thanks to the support of my instructors and workout partners who encourage, support and challenge me I am a better crew member!
