Class Description: (all fitness levels)
Flow yoga is the style of yoga in which the practitioner moves with the breath from one asana (posture) into another. This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment. In flow yoga, each movement into or out of a posture is timed with an inhalation or an exhalation in a choreographed sequence.
Class will be mixture of meditation, breath-work and energizing movement, usually beginning with gentler movements to warm up the body before moving into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. These may include standing poses, balances, inversions and peak poses. The class could end with slower, deeper stretches, and often floor-based asana practice.

Flow yoga is the style of yoga in which the practitioner moves with the breath from one asana (posture) into another. This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment. In flow yoga, each movement into or out of a posture is timed with an inhalation or an exhalation in a choreographed sequence.
Class will be mixture of meditation, breath-work and energizing movement, usually beginning with gentler movements to warm up the body before moving into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. These may include standing poses, balances, inversions and peak poses. The class could end with slower, deeper stretches, and often floor-based asana practice.

Flow yoga is the style of yoga in which the practitioner moves with the breath from one asana (posture) into another. This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment. In flow yoga, each movement into or out of a posture is timed with an inhalation or an exhalation in a choreographed sequence.
Class will be mixture of meditation, breath-work and energizing movement, usually beginning with gentler movements to warm up the body before moving into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. These may include standing poses, balances, inversions and peak poses. The class could end with slower, deeper stretches, and often floor-based asana practice.

Flow yoga is the style of yoga in which the practitioner moves with the breath from one asana (posture) into another. This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment. In flow yoga, each movement into or out of a posture is timed with an inhalation or an exhalation in a choreographed sequence.
Class will be mixture of meditation, breath-work and energizing movement, usually beginning with gentler movements to warm up the body before moving into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. These may include standing poses, balances, inversions and peak poses. The class could end with slower, deeper stretches, and often floor-based asana practice.

(all levels) A stretching classes for those wanting to loosen muscles & joints in order to compliment their [running/swimming/biking/lifting] routine. The aim is to help prevent injury and increase flexibility without draining you before your next workout.This [shorter] format will primarily focus on slower, deeper, more relaxing stretches that may be held for longer periods of time. Class may include standing or seated poses to help participants will feel more energized and recovered as they leave.
