Join us for a transformative three-week journey with our progressive program.

This program is dedicated to refining your breathing patterns and mastering the engagement of your pelvic floor and core muscles. Through a gradual progression, we’ll guide you in establishing a deep connection between your mind and body, enabling you to pinpoint and address any discomfort, tension, or underlying issues.

This is a FREE class offered exclusively to our members. If you are unable to attend all three classes, please wait for another session.
