We get it—life happens, and sometimes you need to hit pause on your gym routine. But before you cancel, remember: staying active helps you feel your best, and we’d love to support you on your fitness journey however we can. If there’s anything we can do to help you stay motivated or make your experience better, just let us know!

Here’s how to cancel your membership:

You must provide at least 10 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.
Submit your cancellation request by completing any of the following:

  • Fill out the online cancellation form below
  • Complete and sign a cancellation form in person at the Club
  • Send us a signed cancellation notice via U.S. mail to:
